A furnished room with tv supplied in a 3 bedroom house within walking distance to the beach at Burnett Heads Private verandah off the bedroom There is a separate unit located at the back of the block that is presently rented to a pharmasist that also may become avail in the future This however does not intrude on the privacy offered at the house as it has its own driveway shed etc The room offered would suit a professional person as it has its own entrance if needed and is such that it is positioned at the front of the house with a verandah leading off it I am looking for someone that is friendly but respects the need for privacy clean and tidy but respects the need to help with the cleaning in general social but respects the fact that it is a shared enviroment .I am a friendly easy to get along with person and have shared successfully with others before .Non smoker preferred small dog that is well cared for would be ok as the yard is fenced and i am a lover of animals but i would like to see the dog before making any decision so if that suits send me a pic of puppy power is included Would suit a working person
