This lovely spacious 4 bedroom home welcomes you with bright cheery colours and everything you need for a holiday. 300 meters to the best beach in town, you will not be disappointed.
The house has been furnished to accommodate 8 people with the 2 queen ensembles at opposite ends of the house. Main bedroom with ensuite, a bath in the second bathroom, 2 king singles for the teens and 2 single beds spread across 4 rooms with a fold up bed and porta cot available for the little people. All rooms have ceiling fans and nice breezes making for a comfortable nights sleep.
Lounge room provides a comfortable corner suite with 68cm TV, Video and DVD for those stay at home movie nights.
The airy kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry facilities are provided including washing machine, dryer and clothesline.
Come and relax beside the saltwater pool, swim to the sound of the waterfall or unwind in the spas corner. The pool is located within the patio area making it visible from all rooms of the house so you can watch the kids swim from inside. There is a large enclosed entertainment area ideal for children to play, ride their bike etc while you have a cook up on the BBQ. There is another lock up rumpus room attached for those who need extra space.
There is ample off street parking for 3 cars under shade sails with plenty of room for a boat. There is a double lock up garage for any extra storage needs with only 1 bay accessible for cars.
