Well we are after someone who will pay the rent on time, every time. If you need a property to prove you can be punctual and you would like somewhere to build up your history, so you can then rent elsewhere, this is a great opportunity.

As the property is to be demolished in the future, the property will be leased ‘as is.’
We absolutely will abide by our responsibility to ensure that all your essential services are working and maintained but there will be no repairs to the property and no maintenance that aren’t required by the Tenancy Act. We think it’s important to be upfront and straightforward.
We can offer a periodic arrangement but you will get at least 3 months out of it.
The house has 2 good sized bedrooms with built ins and ceiling fans, front sunroom, side sleepout/office with built in desk, kitchen has plenty of cupboard and bench space, please note: this property does not have a working full sized oven or stove, there will be a mini convection oven with 2 hotplates on top for tenant use. Yard is fully fenced with concreted outside entertainment area, and single carport with storage underneath.
