We are a couple just rented a townhouse along the esplanade. The house is just cross the road to the beach and close to shops and cafes. We welcome to have a single person ($130) or a couple ($165) to stay with us. (PS: Students or full time employed). My partner works full time at an engineer consultancy company, and I am studying nursing and working part time at a nursing home.
We will move in on 6th of Jan and the room will be available from that day. The rent includes electricity and water bills. Internet is available but with extra cost (app $20-30 p/m, depends on what plan we will get).
