Master bedroom is furnished with queen size bed (double bed mattress), bedside drawers and chest of drawers.

Other bedroom is only furnished with bedside drawers (No bed).

1x single inner spring and 1x single foam mattress are available though.

Roommates would probably share the walk-in robe.

Close to Hervey Bay Boat Club for club style dinner and drinks, the beach, and Urangan Pier. Bus services to USQ are also close by, between 2 and 5 minutes walk depending on which bus service you take. Woolworths supermarket, post office, butcher and newsagent are about 1km away.

Rent is $125 per week, or if I can find 2 housemates to share with me, $85 per person per week. This rate does not include utilities.

Wireless internet does broadcast throughout the unit complex. Accounts can be set up through the body corporate.
