Hi Im Peta. I have a 4 bedroom house and Id like to rent out one of the rooms. I have an ensuite in my bedroom so you would have the main bathroom to yourself which has a shower and a bath. The room is unfurnished has built in cupboards a ceiling fan and a TV point. The house has tinted windows security screens a security keypad alarm system and remote control double LUG. The rent includes electricity and water. I dont have pets but I have a fairly large fenced back yard so pets are negotiable.
