The undercover patio at the rear of the house features a timber outdoor setting, terracotta style tiles, ornamental Mexican fireplace and pots along with beautiful outdoor lighting. All lending to the fabulous breakfast’s or evening meals that could be enjoyed overlooking the picturesque park like setting of the esplanade and Baffle Creek just a few short meters away.
Entering through the sliding door off the patio at the rear you discover a tasteful and colorfully decorated interior adorned with numerous and interesting Mexican artifacts from lighting, eckapalli Mexican chairs, large molded statue and many colorful artwork adorning the walls. The well appointed kitchen has such features as 390 litre Panasonic fridge, Fisher & Paykel electric oven and four burner gas cook top, Sharp microwave along with a quality Westinghouse dishwasher, pantry cupboard, rangehood, good cupboard and bench space. The dining room has a very tasteful timber table with six of the very unique eckapalli chairs. Leather lounge suite being a three seater and two singles lends itself to relaxing and possibly watching a movie or your favorite sport on the satellite equipped Philips colour television. A uniquely molded earthen display cabinet is another notable feature of the lounge room.
Interior walls are a mix of rendered plasterboard and block with some of the unique features constructed of Hebal and rendered accordingly. Floors are quality tile through out, also small imported Mexican feature tiles distract the eye every so often. Keeping cool in the warmer months is eased with ceiling fans throughout along with insulation in the roof cavity. Modern powder coat aluminum windows, doors, screening plus vertical blinds feature throughout the house. The hall harbors broom and linen cupboards always handy for storage. Two bedrooms all with built-in robes, double beds and bedside tables with the main having its own ensuite including shower, toilet and vanity. The large double garage is home to a large chest freezer, front loading washer and dryer being of the Miele brand and a wall mounted ironing board.
The house is fully self contained and linen available, so all you have to do is bring the boat and fishing lines. There are no pets allowed, and a security deposit is required, fully refundable upon departure inspection.
The facilities of Baffle Creek are only a short boat trip away or approx 60 km by road. Bundaberg is approx 60 km to the south. Boat ramp is 400m and there is a sandy beach where it can be anchored during your holiday.
