Hi I have a fully furnished room available will suit student has a Queen bed and other basic furnishings. I am looking for someone that is quiet as i work shift work. The room is located in a 2 bedroom townhouse in a quiet street and complex of edge hill. The rent will be $150 a week and will include the room rent and electricity and internet access.
