Ten at the Beach will comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults as the TV room has an additional sofa bed. With 2 internal living areas and separate TV-room, it’s easy to find space to relax and enjoy tropical living.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own en suite with private court yard or deck for your relaxation.
The common deck area is fully furnished with BBQ and comfortable 12 seater dining set with your very own lap pool.
The 2nd story includes an extensive sun deck which over looks the pool with waterfall feature. This home is fully equipped with DVD, 52-inch plasma screen with theater sound and free satellite Austar TV.
Fully laundry facilities are included with washer, dryer and iron.
Conveniently located 20 metres from Four Mile Beach, Ten at the Beach is walking distance to the Four Mile strip of shops and the fabulous Beach Shack (locals restaurant)! The bus company services this area every 25 minutes and town’s centre is only a short 5 min drive up the road.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight with large 6 burner stove and 2 refrigerators, stone bench tops with full length servery extend to the outside deck make self catering a dream.

Rate:
$790pn up to 10 guests. An additional $25 per person up to a total of 12 guests.
Children can be accommodated on roll-a-way beds or cots as per owner’s approval up to a max of 14 guests.
Price is based on a min of 5 night stays. Shorter stays are possible but a higher nightly rate will apply.
