We rent a three bedroom house in a quiet leafy street, with great views across to the mountains. It is a Queenslander style house, large, open & airy, with polished wood floors throughout, a modern kitchen, large bathroom and a lovely leafy garden.

The room available is upstairs, has a built ins and is air-conditioned. Can provide bed if required.

The house is only a 10 minute drive into the city and about 5 minutes to the nearest beach. There is an excellent bus service that connects Stratford to the city, the bus stop is just 200m down the road.

I work full time in the travel industry, and my housemate works in horticulture. We are looking for another easy-going person, to share expenses with, hassle-free! We love to shared a meal with good conversation over a bottle of wine, rather than a wild party! We are looking for a non-smoker.
