Olive Cottage sleeps 4 comfortably (1 King and 2 singles) in two separate air conditioned bedrooms (an extra will fit if needed)
The Outdoor eating area is great but there is a lovely eat in kitchen that opens on to a smaller back veranda ideal for a quite moment to yourself.
The lounge area is quite roomy with the TV and DVD player for those lazy inside days!
A designated laundry leads directly to the back garden and clothes line.
A functional Shower over bath with new vanity and loo completes the essentials inside.
Off street parking for a couple of vehicles so to bring the boat should not be a drama. The Maria Creek boat ramp is less than 500 mts by road.

The nightly tariff is $135 and includes four guests, the weekly rate is $805 per four guests. Linen is BYO or can be hired at $15/person per stay.
