This recently renovated, lovely 2 bedroom fully furnished and well equipped home in Hopeful St is available for holiday rent by the night (minimum 2) or by the week. One bedroom has the queen and plenty of built ins while the other has a double and set of bunks.
The Lounge is generous enough to seat you all. The bathroom is simple but well presented and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for that Holiday Getaway. The dishwasher will be a big help. The laundry has a good size washer and tub. The tandem carport is great for the vehicles or can double as an entertainment area if the weather turns hot or wet …as it sometimes can here in the Tropics. There is plenty of room to park your boat and a large BBQ is available for your use. The house is fully air conditioned and the yard is simple and shady. This little treasure will become a favourite I’m sure. Outside pets are welcome but must be controlled by the Owners so as not to annoy the neighbours.
Nightly Tariff: $135/night for the first four guests (extras at $20/adult/night or $10/child/night).
Weekly Tariff: $805/week for the first four guests. Extras as above.
A discount can be negotiated for a longer stay.
