House is serviced by a professional cleaner 3 times a week (vacuum and light dust & scrub & disinfect common wet areas) Rooms serviced and sheets changed once a week. The cleaning rates are $20p/w per room.

Rent varies per room (depending on single or double – cheaper rates than a motel/caravan park)

Single rooms – $205 per week (Single bed, air-conditioned, TV & DVD, Fridge/Freezer, wardrobes, bedside table, chest of drawers)

Double rooms – $280 per week (Double bed, air-conditioned, TV & DVD, Fridge/Freezer, wardrobes, bedside table/s, chest of drawers)

Communal areas include large renovated kitchen (separate lockable dry food storage), dining, lounge (with Austar) separate designated smokers area. Strict house rules on cleaning and behaviour apply.

Off street parking available, but limited to one car per room. Undercover parking – first in best dressed. Long term parking and unregistered or incapacitated vehicles not acceptable.

This boarding house is for sort term or long term accommodation to the right applicants. Rent is collected by LJ Hooker, however there is a caretaker permanently on site to ensure the property is being looked after, and that the house rules are being adhered to. This is to ensure the quality of your stay on the property is desirable and the safety of all residents is a priority.
