Large bedroom with ceiling fan and large BIR in house sharing with one 26 yo professional female. No aircon in room but will be put in before summer. House is all furnished except room but have a spare queen bed frame if needed. Im neat and clean but not a clean freak. $250 includes use of all furniture all utilities all main cleaning (floors and bathroom) and gardening. There is a yard but the fencing is not good enough for pets.
