I am looking for a professional flatmate to rent out a 2 bed granny flat downstairs from me. The unit is tiled throughout in a lovely area close to Castle hill gym hairdresser butcher and fruit shop.. 1 outside dog with be ok. MUST also be a clean person. I am looking for a person who enjoys life can laugh and is also easygoing. I am fairly quiet during the week but happy to be social on the weekends. I enjoy exercising and the odd glass of wine The rent is $190 per week plus bills electricity and also yard maintenance. I am happy to answer any questions or come over and have a look at the unit.
