The room available is a small bedroom furnished with a large bed built-in cupboards and air-conditioning. The house is spacious has one bathroom a small yard and an outdoor spa. Located in Cranbrook close to Stockland and only a few minutes drive (or bus trip) into the city and out to Uni. We are two females aged 21yrs both Townsville locals one full-time JCU student and 1 fulltime city worker. We are easy-going respectful and like to have fun and a few drinks on occasion :)We are looking for someone between 18 – 30 years old who is clean tidy considerate and easy to get along with.
