Living area fully furnished and airconditioned European appliances in kitchen including dishwasher small private patio/entertainment area and bbq. Complex has on-site parking and pool is easy walking distance from Riverview Tavern and is on main public transport route through areaI work full time and have a busy schedule – my home is my sanctuary and things are generally pretty quiet during the week. i enjoy a few drinks with friends on the weekends but do not party hard much anymore (although there is still the odd occasion!!) Looking for a housemate with similar/compatible lifestlye who is easy-going and likes cats Bond (4 weeks rent) and agent approval is required rent must be paid a fortnight in advance.
