It will be fully airconditioned fully furnished excepting the spare bedroom which potenial new housemate can furnish/decorate to their hearts content. Its very close to public transport and Rising Sun shopping centre and only about a 10 minute drive to the City. Its ideal for maybe a student someone moving out of home for the first time or someone new in town starting out. Rent will be $132.50 wk electricity and internet split down the middle and home phone billed accordingly. To be shared with a 23yr old non-smoker who works full-time.
