Looking for flatmate for a 4 bedroom house. 1-2 rooms available. I am the only occupant. I am a Paramedic in Townsville and am paying $350 in rent. So maximum rent to be paid by occupant will be $175. Large 4 Bedroom house with backyard living dining area. Lock up garage and small patio. No pets allowed. Preferably looking for a professional but will assess the situation for a student. As I am a paramedic I do shift work and will be coming and going at all hours. I am a sociable person who like to go out and also entertain. Only furniture needed will be personal furniture for you bedroom. Place is available now lease runs out in September but will sign new lease with suitable flatmate.
