The house backs onto the strand and is close to the city centre supermarkets and castle hill. It is a easy 15-20 minutes drive to JCU. The house is an old highset queenslander with polished boards with a large garden (with ocean views). The room has a ceiling fan queen sized bed small desk and chair and a clothes rack. We would prefer another student who understands the need for the house be a home and not a party house.
