Hi everybody The room available is located in the Yarrawonga village complex in North Ward. The room boasts a FTA TV outlet wall mounted air-conditioning unit ceiling fan telephone jack and new carpet. The room can come with a large chest of drawers if needed.The unit has a modern kitchen and bathroom awesome flat mates and is tiled throughout with a balcony overlooking Pallarenda beach/Rowes bay and The Strand/Maggie Island What better way to wind down after work then watching the sun go down over the sea with a beer or wine?!? The complex has a designated garage with remote entry a designated undercover park and a huge amount of visitors parking that tenants are permitted to utilise. There are two security gates with remote entry and an intercom the complex also has a pool with a BBQ area.Unfortunately pets (cats dogs birds) are not allowed as previous tenants pets had caused damages to the property marine animals are fine but we may need permission from the land lord first.
