I have a large room available in modern apartment which is fully furnished with a queen bed and built in cupboards. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning and you will have your own bathroom overlooking the pool. This apartment is great! Its close to everything with only a 2min walk to beach and nightclubs and only a 5min walk to shops and the mall.The room is available until Jan (possibly longer) the minimum stay is 4 weeks. Sharing with an easy going fun and friendly couple (boyfriend is mostly away) who enjoy socialising and relaxing after work.Must be clean respectful and easy to get along with.Single: $200 per week — Couple: $250 per week —- Bills and wireless internet = $20/week —- Bond: Is 2 weeks rent which will be return when you move out providing nothing is broken and the room is clean.
