We are a friendly sociable and laid back 25 and 28 year old English couple looking for a lovely roommate to move into our two bedroom spacious apartment situated in a popular city complex.Our interests include socialising with friends cooking cooking cooking dinners out fitness and travel so we are looking for like-minded people who are friendly clean and positive to live with.We live in a safe fully furnished well kept and modern unit with a large balcony (including hammock!) and have 2 lap swimming pools and a spa onsite.The room for rent is a fully furnished double with large wardrobe and TV plus modern bathroom next door for the main use of occupant as we have our own en suite.(The bed and furniture in the room can be removed if required)Perfect location in the Citys CBD right by the cinema shops a good Thai plus close to popular shopping mall and the beach.We are generally looking for long term applicants but other options can be open for discussion. if you would like to arrange a viewing- we would love to meet you!.
