You will be living with 2 others – one female & one male (not a couple) & sharing a bathroom with the male. The room itself is very spacious with air-conditioning, TV port, shelving & built in cupboards. The bathroom has 2 sinks so you will have your own.

The penthouse is very open living, large kitchen, lounge & dining with a massive Balcony. Fully Furnished Apartment however the room is unfurnished. There is a bed for sale if you are needing one (less than 6 months old & in great condition).

Rent is $195 per week + internet & electricity. You will have your own car park in addition. The complex has 2 pools and good entertaining areas.

About us – We are both professionals. We both travel for work so you will have the apartment on your own at times. We a both friendly, very easy going and like to be social; however we also like a quite living space (not a party house – however we do have people over on occasion for dinners or drinks ect).

We are looking for a similar individual (professional or mature student) to join us in our amazing apartment. The lease is up in June 2014; however we will be extending it until the end of the year or longer with the right person.
