Hello I have a large room with on-suite to rent The room has its own air conditioner and ceiling fan also has tv and phone outlets and built in wardrobe.The house is fully furnished but still have room for some of your own belongings The kitchen is modern with walk in pantry and dishwasher There are two living areas which gives that extra privacy the main living area is air conditioned The outdoor area is great for entertaining and BBQ.I also have a double lock up garage plus a large garden shed for extra storage.Lawn maintanance is included.I am a easy going person and respect people privacy and there property.I like to live in a clean enviroment and looking for the same person.
