Quality room for rent in a shared flat. It has a private ensuite, is in a great location for students going to Griffith Uni, and has a view of beautiful native bush from the large bedroom window. The bedroom has a great study desk, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bed and sidetable. Fully furnished. The living area is modern, has a good TV with Foxtel etc, spacious kitchen, dishwasher, large cupboard space and more.

$200 per week price includes all expenses: Electricity, Water, Broadband Internet (fast, 10 Gigabytes / month. Laundromat has washing machines that are free to use, and dryers at three dollars. Optional secure parking for an extra $15 per week is available.

Nexus Place is an easy ten minute bike ride to Griffith Uni, and has a bus stop directly across the road, which is perfect for students. The only reason I am leaving is due to a uni course change; the accomodation is great! It is about a ten minute drive to the beach, and a comfortable place to study. The flat is shared with two other people. Outside the flat in common areas are a table tennis table, BBQ area and inbuilt swimming pool, backed by nice native bush.
