Hi there, looking for a room mate for a 2 bedroom apartment that is located on the Surfers Paradise side of Broadbeach and is within walking distance to the beach. The unit has an open plan design with a balcony off the living area, a separate laundry and a pool. The building has security parking to accomodate my car and your car.

I have just signed the lease (hence, the unfurnished unit photos) and I will be moving in 2nd May. I will furnish the apartment, expect for bedroom furniture. I would prefer a female room mate (but if the right male roommate would be accepted too) who can clean up and look after themselves ( I work late hours and away some weekends and I don’t want to be expected to pick up after you) . I live an active and healthy lifestyle, work full-time in senior management for a healthcare company and very passionate about what I do, but I’m really easy going I train everyday for endurance type events (I.e. triathlons) and live a healthy lifestyle, so it would be a bonus if my roommate lived a similar lifestyle and respected that the apartment is not a party house :). This apartment is a beauty, and it would be awesome to share it with someone who is like minded and has similar interests
