fully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom and separate laundry, large open plan kitchen and living area with balcony with a relaxed atmosphere. I am a relatively clean person and do like to keep the common areas tidy especially since the bathroom will be shared, my room admittedly may be another story at times – just as long as the place remains liveable.

The place is only a few streets away from the main point in broad beach, easy for clubbing, beaching shopping not to far from pacific fair either

Ah so a little about me? My name is Kaitlyn. I’m 21 years old female embracing the conscious living lifestyle. I’m passionate about good food, good vibes, being outdoors and animals so I spend a great deal of my time eating, taking photographs of everything, dancing, reading, painting, shopping.

I’d prefer a roommate who is willing to hang out rather than spends most of there time in there room, although I do appreciate that everyone needs there own time by themselves and hope that my roommate is aware of allowing me to have mine too, will join me for a couple of beers on the balcony to recap the day and MUST enjoy a variety of food and The Beatles.
