We are two fun, single girls in our 20′s, in urgent need of a new flatmate for our third bedroom in our beautiful flat situated across the road from the beach, on an awesome location on Old Burleigh road. Its 10 min walk from Broadbeach, and 20 min walk to Surfers.

We need someone who can be able to move in on a short notice, and is not still on a current lease.

We don’t mind either male or female- as long as your personality fits the kind of flat mate we are in need of. Also, we want someone mature ideally between 24-34. We are looking for someone tidy, respectful, cruisy, independent, active and fun. Someone who doesn’t mind a drink- but doesn’t take it over the top, who likes to be social.

The bedroom is large with wooden floors and views towards the ocean. It has a bed if needed. The unit is large with shared bathroom and toilet, as well as shared laundry with the other units in the complex.

Otherwise the length of renting situation is unknown, but will definitely be until the end of year.
We love travelling, exercising, swimming, surfing, and we don’t mind a party here and there. We are both workers and looking for someone with a stable financial situation that will not have any issues paying rent and bying your own food/toiletries/supplies etc. We are very social and love to meet new people.
