Im a tidy, fairly quiet yet friendly, 27year old student. I am at the gym or my partners place often, im very independant & reliable with cleaning/bills etc and am not home all that much.

The unit is clean & tidy, tiled throughout & on the first floor in a 3 story walk up older style building and is right on the beach with less than a 2 minute walk to the heart of broadbeach, couldnt as for a better location!!! (restaurants, shops, cafe’s) it also has a pool and you will have your own undercover park. it is furnished, with the exception of the room available which is completely empty. because it is an older style building the bedroom available is huge so will easily fit a king size bed, end tables, chest drawers etc
i would prefer an easy going tidy housemate who kicks in to help with cleaning etc aged between 25-35, it’s not a party house but it can be social
