(if you have your own bed you can bring that with you if you like)The apartment is located on the 10th floor and is fully furnished spacious has ducted air conditioning and a good size balcony with table and BBQ.The unit is located in the Sierra Grand building in Broadbeach. The Sierra Grand building as indoor and outdoor pool gym sauna spa tennis court.If you wish to move in I required 4 weeks rent upfront as a bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.
