Hello possible Flattys!Up for rent is one bedroom in our four bedroom water front house in broadbeach waters. apart from the bedroom for rent the rest of the house is fully furnished with a fully functional kitchen. The house is on the water and has a nice pool its pretty much walking distance to the casino and to the broadbeach centre and a 5 minute walk to Pac fair. We are three guys all in out mid 20s and all work full time. We all take it pretty easy during the week and like having beers on the weekend. We are after a 22-28 yrs old down to earth clean fun easy going female that dosent mind sharing a bathroom with one of us. I have a small dog so i another small dog should be fine. We are really clean for 3 guys but not anal! There is a queen size bed avalible we have austar too so its and extra $20 a monthif you like the idea of fishing on couch which is on the pontoon with a cold beverage this could be it!
