My flatmates and I live in a 4 bedroom waterfront house in Broadbeach Waters. The house is 2 mins to central Broadbeach shops cafes and restaurants the beach Pac Fair and the Casino. The house is fully furnished with exception of the bedroom up for rent which is a decent size with a wardrobe. We have a undercover entertaining area and a pool all overlooking the water. We are 1 female and 2 domesticated guys all in our mid-late 20s and all work full time. We take it pretty easy during the week and like having beers on the weekend. We are after a down to earth clean fun easy going Male or female that doesnt mind sharing a bathroom. preferably around the same age as us and must be able to contribute to the house cleaning etc..Furnished room optional for $20 extra per week.
