My flatmates and I live in a 4 bedroom waterfront house in Broadbeach Waters. The house is 2 mins to central Broadbeach shops the beach Pac Fair and the Casino. The house is fully furnished with exception of the bedroom up for rent which is a decent size with a wardrobe. We have a undercover entertaining area and a pool all overlooking the water with a pontoon.We are 2 domesticated guys and 1 domesticated girl all in our mid-late 20s and all work full time. We take it pretty easy during the week and like having beers on the weekend.We are after a down to earth clean fun easy going and Respectful person that doesnt mind sharing a bathroom with one other female.
