I’m looking for a new flat-mate to share modern 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment in Nth Burleigh.

Decent double sized room, in secure building 1 min walk to beach, pool, reverse cycle air-con, undercover carpark, own bathroom, close to shops and bus stop is out the front.

I am quite socialble and enjoy a drink and a laugh but I work full time shift work (including nights and weekends) so like home to be a bit of a sanctuary and not really a party house. If you are looking for a clean, friendly and quiet place to live then this would be perfect for you!

I’m not just looking for someone to share the rent, but for a like-minded person who I can have a laugh with and become friends with too! I would prefer another professional, who is also working or studying full time hours as well.

I have recently moved back from living over in London and just moved into this apartment and signed a new lease. I am looking for a new flatmate to make this a home with me.
