Room available in Burleigh $160/wk plus bills. You will also be required to pay a bond of $500 which you will receive back when you move out again. House is furnished but room is not so you require your own bed.
Must be neat and tidy and pay rent on time. We are social but this is not a party house.
Unfortunately no other pets will be allowed as I already have a dog.
