Unit is air conditioned and has 3 blaconys around the unit. One at the front and a balcony coming off both bedrooms. Secured complex with under cover parking available. Pool and barbeque area. Close to all amentities on Chevron island and only a walk away from Surfers Paradise. As part of my lease i am looking for a roomate that enjoys having fun but not bringing the party back to the apartment. I work Full time within the Surf Industry… looking for a roomate that is working fulltime and is able to pay rent consisttently on a weekly basis.
