Ive rented a holiday rental flat with 2 bedrooms at Rainbow Bay but I only need one. Renting out the other bed room. From Dec 2nd to 18th only. The flat is right on the beach and on the ground floor. Community laundry in the building. seems recently renovated. Neat and tidy. Tiled floor. The room has 2 single beds and closet. Couples are ok. Could exchange the bedroom if Queen size bed is prefered but rent need to be renegotiated ( the rent listed is much less then half of what I paid).
