Room to rent in 3 b/r town house in gated complex.Room is unfurnished.I work full time and i am a clean tidy person and i am looking for the same in a tenant for this room.Tenant must be employed with referances.The room is 140 a week and includes power and internet.Room has built in wardrobes.I am a smoker but only outside.
