The complex is walking distance to the Gold Coast Marine Precinct and is close to public transport and shops. The complex is security gated and has a pool with BBQ facilities. I am looking for a female/male between 24-34 years old with full time employment. Someone who is easy going tidy trustworthy and likes to socialise but is not a huge party person. Room available is unfurnished with a robe and ceiling fan. You will have your own toilet/bathroom. A second room is also available for study or storage at addittional cost if wanted.
