I have an unfurnished room coming up for rent in May in beautiful Broadbeach. Only 3 streets south from Oasis across the Gold Coast highway form the casino 1 block from kurra park and beach and 5 mins walk to Pacific Fair.I have been living here for 6 years its a fantastic location. Its an older style apartment but I have made it very homey and I have had great feedback from previous housemates. Our neighbours are also great. Im looking for a a professional who is tidy and respectful. I like my house kept tidy at all times lets face it who doesnt. I expect the tenant to be respectful of my furniture and belongings and treat them as they would there own. The house is fully furnished so the tenant will need to keep all personal furnishings and belongings in there own room. I have a beautiful balcony that has lovely table and chairs with lots of planets my friends and I call it a tropical paradise. Downside is you do have to share a bathroom but Im a very tidy and clean person so Im sure anyone would be fine to share.The rent is $140.00 each week and electricity bill is to be split between us.
