We now have a room available. It is a large family home. Close to a variety of shops & restaurants and close to the beautiful beach. All in such a short walking distance! Local transport also close by!
The room is a double room, furnished with large wardrobe space. Currently has a double bed, if needed 2 singles could be placed instead. There is a separate kitchen upstairs and a chill out area with a large tv with foxtel. You can also enjoy a barbeque on the balcony. Bills are included in the rent, although not telephone. We have fast internet unlimited. We also have a super large swimming pool.
We are a very happy household, not a party house. We like a chilled and relaxed atmosphere, very easy to get along with.
We are hoping to have someone who is very clean and tidy who is also easy to get along with, who is respectful of others and is aware of others privacy etc.
