Our housemate is moving to Brisbane so we need a replacement! The room will be available by the 27th of April. Gas and electricity per person was $120 for the last 3 months. We have a wireless router in the house so you can access the internet from anywhere in the house. This cost is $20 a month. The room is quite large and has its own ensuite. The room is located in a complex with a large pool gym and a bbq area. There is a single lock up garage and some parking available inside the complex. Street parking is quite safe too as it is a no through road so there isnt much traffic passing. You will just need stuff to fill your room as we have everything here. The place is located 10km from Griffith university at Parklands 4km from Ashmore TAFE 2.5km from the beach! At the moment there are 2 females and 1 male living here between 18-25. We are coming and going at different times during the day so the house is never crowded.
