Hi 2 guys 1 27yo student and 1 40 something town planner/student looking to fill the third bedroom in spacious new townhouse. Both easy going like a drink on weekends. Flat screen TV with Foxtel and all bills included (except internet). Room has built-ins large enough for a double bed and a desk. Share bathroom with one other. Very close to buses to Griffith uni and southport/surfers the broadwater and lots of restaurants/shops. Ample on street parking. Anyone welcome to apply but must be neat and tidy. Thanks
