It has a large open plan living area and 2 covered outdoor entertaining areas. The house is fully furnished including the bedroom if needed (with a double bed shelves and desk). The backyard is also the home of 2 small dogs who live outside only.You would be living with 3 easygoing girls who enjoy each others company but also appreciate having their own space. Our schedules are all pretty varied so its rare for all of us to be home at the same time but we enjoy chatting together when we are home.
