Room available to rent in 3 bedroom house in Labrador. Close to Chirn Park Shops University and public transport. To share with 2 females aged 24 and 25 and a cat called Penny. The house is big with an retro 80s feel but unfortunately there is only one bathroom. All you need is furniture for your room (there is a built in wardrobe) and be a person with a fun easy going talkative personality. We would preferable like a male (no offence ladies) who is working reliable honest and aged between 20-30. We do party a lot though on the weekends and go to festivals so we need someone who doesnt mind a house with that kind of atmosphere!
