We are two mates (guy and girl Scott and Jax) who have a spare room as of Monday 23rd Jan in Labrador. The complex is right next to the Grand Hotel and the broadwater and is secure with a pool and BBQ area. The room is furnished with a queen bed and an ensuite. We are chilled out people very social and drama free here for a good time not a long time seeking someone the same. Please note- the room is temporary just until May 14th. So if youre into a social drink like to have a good time arent afraid of a good Playstation tournament and are young at heart contact us! NO PETS (unless its a gold fish ) P.S. Scott sleeps on the loungeroom floor so you have to be cool with that
