I know I’m not perfect, and I’ve had a lot of wear but I’m situated in arguably the best position in Mermaid Beach!
Being one of the only original beachfront shacks left, Ive been loved for many years… but its almost time to say goodbye.

My new owners are only offering a 6 month tenancy, with the option of month to month thereafter, as I will be re-developed. I have 3 large bedrooms with built ins, main with ensuite and my large lounge and dining overlooks stunning surf of Mermaid Beach.

I am 100% as is and no maintenance or improvements will be done during my final year… but if you love to surf… you can head straight out the back door!
