Hi — We have a room to rent in a great location in Mermaid Beach really close to the beach and shops with easy parking. The house is fully furnished and the spare room is basically avaiable at any tme. The room is unfurnished but we do have a spare double matress if needed. We are 2 girls 26 and 28 years old pretty laid back but busy lifestyles. We have both been on the Coast for a while and are quite settled here.
