Our longterm roomie is moving out and in with her boyfriend and we are looking for her replacement. We have all lived harmoniously together for 1 year and have had no problems and we would love to keep it that way We are ideally looking for a female who has respect for an already established comfortable house hold who can fit right in clean up after yourself and help with cleaning.The room is medium sized has TV points phone line and air conditioning. You will share a bathroom with one other. The bathroom is always keep clean and complete with bath tub. The bedrooms are upstairs in this 3 bedroom Townhouse with SLUG small backyard and downstairs toilet.We are 2 professional 30 year olds who work alot and when not working we are out surfing.
